All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We currently ship within the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Japan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, while international orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier timelines.

Carriers:

We ship through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Orders:

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
