What types of products do you sell?

We carry a wide selection of new and used golf clubs, bags, and accessories from top brands like Callaway, Cobra, Titleist, and more. Our goal is to offer quality equipment for golfers of all skill levels  from beginners to advanced players.

Are all products new?

No, we offer both new and used in good condition clubs. Each used club is carefully inspected, cleaned, and tested before being listed for sale to ensure great performance and value.

Since every pre-owned club is unique, please email support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com with any questions before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional details or photos.

Do you offer club repairs or regripping?

Yes! We provide full-service club repair, regripping, loft and lie adjustments, and more. Simply bring your clubs into our shop, or contact us to learn about turnaround times and pricing.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship within the U.S., U.K., and Canada, with plans to expand to Japan soon. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to the U.S., U.K., and Canada, and will be adding Japan in the near future. All international orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s import regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return or refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, and returns must include original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We do our best to package every order securely, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and a brief description, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer warranties on used products?

Used clubs do not carry manufacturer warranties, but we guarantee all used items are accurately described and in playable condition. If you experience an issue, please reach out to support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com we’ll always do our best to make it right.
