Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Used clubs or demo equipment may only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or “final sale” items

How to Return:

To start a return, contact our team at support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in a different condition (new vs. used) or for store credit, if available.
