WARRANTY COVERAGE:

• New products: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months).

• Used or pre-owned products: 30-day limited warranty covering functional defects (not normal wear and tear).

WHAT'S COVERED:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Clubhead detachment, cracked shafts, or grip defects (if not due to misuse).

FILING A CLAIM:

Please contact support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com with photos, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review within 3–5 business days and provide repair, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.

EXCLUSIONS:

• Damage due to misuse, modification, or neglect.

• Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance.
